Spot AI offers competitive compensation, including an annual on-target earnings up to $340,000, equity, comprehensive benefits, and flexible time off.

Responsibilities
- Own high-stakes, multi-threaded deals
- Develop and refine the enterprise sales playbook
- Grind through complex cycles—from prospecting to negotiation to close
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive seamless adoption and long-term expansion
- Help shape the next generation of enterprise sellers at Spot AI, leveling up the team through mentorship and building repeatable, scalable sales motions that deliver big wins
