You will also mentor and build a scalable sales team. Spot AI offers a competitive compensation package, including annual on-target earnings up to $340,000, equity, comprehensive benefits, and flexible time off.

Responsibilities
- Own high-stakes, multi-threaded deals
- Develop and refine the enterprise sales playbook
- Grind through complex cycles—from prospecting to negotiation to close
- Drive seamless adoption and long-term expansion
- Shape the next generation of enterprise sellers at Spot AI
- Level up the team through mentorship and building repeatable, scalable sales motions that deliver big wins
- Collaborate cross functionally as a subject matter expert to shape our enterprise sales strategy
- Set company records for the largest deals closed while transforming how organizations use video data and intelligence
- Spend a lot of face time with customers; you should expect to travel frequently (typically domestically, occasional international travel may be necessary)

- Annual On-Target Earnings up to $340,000, based on demonstrated skills and experience. 50/50 base/commission split. Commissions paid monthly on quarterly targets. Commissions are uncapped
