Summary

Join Spot AI, a leading AI company revolutionizing video surveillance and intelligent operations, as a founding member of its enterprise sales team. You will be responsible for high-stakes, multi-threaded deals, developing and refining the enterprise sales playbook, and driving seamless adoption and long-term expansion. This high-intensity, high-reward role requires close collaboration with various teams, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success. You will also mentor and build a scalable sales team. The ideal candidate is a strategic closer, skilled prospector, self-motivated, and a leader with at least 7 years of enterprise sales success in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment. Spot AI offers a competitive compensation package, including annual on-target earnings up to $340,000, equity, comprehensive benefits, and flexible time off.

Responsibilities

  • Own high-stakes, multi-threaded deals
  • Develop and refine the enterprise sales playbook
  • Grind through complex cycles—from prospecting to negotiation to close
  • Drive seamless adoption and long-term expansion
  • Shape the next generation of enterprise sellers at Spot AI
  • Level up the team through mentorship and building repeatable, scalable sales motions that deliver big wins
  • Collaborate cross functionally as a subject matter expert to shape our enterprise sales strategy
  • Set company records for the largest deals closed while transforming how organizations use video data and intelligence
  • Spend a lot of face time with customers; you should expect to travel frequently (typically domestically, occasional international travel may be necessary)

  • Annual On-Target Earnings up to $340,000, based on demonstrated skills and experience. 50/50 base/commission split. Commissions paid monthly on quarterly targets. Commissions are uncapped
