Summary

Join Wiz, the fastest-growing cloud security startup, and help organizations secure their cloud environments. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Regional Director of Enterprise and work alongside other Wizards to understand customer business needs and build secure cloud infrastructure. You will focus on the Australian Federal Government space, demonstrating expertise in Wiz's cloud security solutions and building relationships with CISO-level executives. This role requires a proven track record of selling enterprise solutions in the cloud/security space within the Australian Federal Government, strong internal partnerships, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and closing business, exceeding sales quotas, and aligning with Wiz's partner ecosystem. Based in Canberra, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years selling enterprise solutions in the cloud/security space
  • Proven track record of effective selling within Australian Federal Government Agencies
  • Good standing relationships with previous sales operation teams
  • Ability to build great internal partnerships with key business units and their stakeholders
  • A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers
  • Ability to pivot in a meeting vs. sticking to a script
  • A proven track record managing accounts in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem to elevate the business
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Must be based in Canberra

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to our customers and prospects in the Australian FedGov space
  • Demonstrate ability to position and advise to CISO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights; Continue to listen, build and grow executive relationships with customers
  • Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects Wiz values
  • Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
  • Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives
