Summary

Join AnyRoad, a leader in experiential marketing software, as an Enterprise Account Manager. You will manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients, driving revenue and maximizing customer retention. Leveraging your expertise in account management and alcohol/CPG, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients utilize AnyRoad's platform. This strategic role demands strong communication, a customer-first approach, and proven success in managing enterprise SaaS accounts. You will develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven insights. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure client success and meeting revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of account management, account executive or customer success experience, with a focus on enterprise accounts in the SaaS or marketing technology industry
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue growth and retention goals within a quota-carrying role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying strategic opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), analytics platforms, and other sales enablement tools
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, and proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Develop and execute account plans tailored to each client’s business objectives, ensuring alignment with AnyRoad’s value proposition
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage and adoption of AnyRoad’s platform within existing accounts, driving upsells, cross-sells, and renewals
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights and feedback to product development, marketing, and leadership teams to influence strategy and product roadmap decisions
  • Leverage AnyRoad’s analytics tools to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations to optimize their experiential marketing strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction for your accounts
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue retention and expansion targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with experiential marketing principles, customer engagement strategies, and data-driven marketing practices
  • Specific knowledge of or previous work experience with alcohol and CPG brands
