Senior Enterprise Account Manager

You will be responsible for accurately quoting services, updating Salesforce, delivering sales presentations, and navigating customer organizations to engage key stakeholders. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or account management, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in Salesforce, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in inside sales, account management/renewals, with a track record of success
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and corporate hierarchies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
- Self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders
- Proficient in sales tracking systems and tools, including Salesforce
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Has predictable, reliable attendance
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive on-time maintenance renewals for existing accounts
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed to appropriate teams
- Maintain regular, proactive communication during sales cycles with customers to ensure accurate forecasting & satisfaction
- Accurately quote services and provide supporting documentation
- Update all account/opportunity activities in Salesforce
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead customer meetings
- Navigate customer organizational structures to engage key stakeholders
- Effectively manage workload and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
