Requirements

  • 8-15 years of Account Management and/or SaaS platform sales experience
  • Experience working with Fortune 100 Companies
  • Proven success in selling to VP/C Level

Responsibilities

  • Maintain full functional and process knowledge of HackerRank products and services as well as market awareness and knowledge of competitive threats
  • Formulate BoB strategy (coverage, adoption, revenue, cadence) to retain and grow BoB
  • Create and execute Account Plans (inclusive of Success Plans) for all accounts
  • Formulate business strategy (coverage, demand gen, sales execution, cadence) to drive new business in target accounts or segments
  • Effectively captain internal teams to execute BoB Strategy and Account Plans
  • Ensure adequate customer engagement to meet account plan goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with exec sponsors, champions & stakeholders
  • Create adequate pipeline within accounts to meet expansion goals
  • Retain revenue and renew customers on time
  • Structure fair commercial terms that allow both the HackerRank and the customer to grow
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
  • Own your territory, your sales process, and your opportunities end-to-end
  • Effectively captain each opportunity with a thoughtful strategy and plan of action
