Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Enterprise Architecture, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)
• 20+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and technology management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy in alignment with the organization’s mission and enterprise architecture goals
• Serve as a thought leader on IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Partner with senior leaders (including Advanced Analytics, InfoSec, Factory, Enterprise Applications, End User Services, Engineering, G&A, etc) to integrate IT infrastructure strategy into overall business and IT strategy
• Collaborate with IT leadership to design and implement enterprise architecture frameworks that support robust IT infrastructure
• Ensure seamless integration of IT platforms, tools, and processes within the broader enterprise architecture
• Drive the alignment of IT systems with business objectives, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and efficiency
• Oversee IT architecture to ensure it supports business continuity, disaster recovery, and real-time operations
• Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, NIST)
• Implement robust IT security and privacy practices within the enterprise architecture
• Maintain the integrity, reliability, and availability of IT assets across the enterprise
• Lead the development and optimization of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with strategic objectives
• Leverage technology insights to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings
• Design and oversee scalable IT infrastructure aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and assess their potential to enhance enterprise and IT infrastructure
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment of technology solutions with organizational goals
• Build and lead a high-performing team of IT architects, engineers, and analysts
• Promote a collaborative environment between IT and other teams, ensuring alignment on enterprise architecture goals
• Mentor team members to develop technical and leadership capabilities
