Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Developer on a full-time remote basis, designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining global financial planning and accounting consolidation systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM (Hyperion Planning) design, development, and administration, including at least 3 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, FCCS)
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud and on-premises Hyperion architecture, with experience in hybrid applications and financial modules
  • Strong proficiency in Groovy scripting, with a proven track record of writing complex code to optimize system functionality
  • Experience in integrating Oracle EPM with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, NetSuite, and tools like Anaplan, and Snowflake
  • Expertise in financial reporting, including the creation of reports, charts, pivots, dashboards, books, and automated snapshot reports
  • Advanced skills in automation using SQL, batch scripting, and EPMAutomate for data loads and integrations
  • Experience with FDMEE/data management for automating data loads and managing integrations
  • Strong knowledge of SQL development, including stored procedures (PL/SQL), triggers, and queries
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions and proactively suggest best practices aligned with system functionality
  • A solid understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and key financial KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex business rules using both Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting to meet business requirements
  • Automate data administration tasks using Python, Groovy, CDM APIs, and EPM Automate
  • Support multiple Planning and Consolidation applications within the Oracle EPM Cloud suite
  • Create and deliver innovative reporting solutions, including narrative reporting, management dashboards, financial reports, and KPIs
  • Optimize and tune the performance of Planning and Consolidation applications
  • Conduct system integration, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with financial teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and procedural guides
