Join Uberall as a Reseller Sales Manager for North America and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. Identify, recruit, and cultivate high-impact reseller partnerships across the United States and Canada. Engage companies seeking to expand their product portfolios or enhance their offerings in location marketing, local SEO, social media marketing, and online reputation management. Target a diverse range of strategic partners, including agencies, ISVs, SEO companies, and other digital solution providers. Enable these partners to seamlessly integrate and offer Uberall's SaaS platform to their clients. This role involves the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiating and closing complex reseller contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive significant revenue growth. This is a remote position based in the US or Canada.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in acquiring and managing successful reseller/channel sales programs within the SaaS, digital marketing, or marketing technology industries
- Demonstrated expertise in selling to and partnering with medium to large agencies, ISVs, SEO companies, broadcast companies, or similar strategic partners
- Strong understanding of the SaaS channel sales process, pipeline management, and experience utilizing CRM and sales enablement tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of closing complex partnership agreements
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- A genuine passion for building strategic relationships and driving significant business growth through indirect channels
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Identification: Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint high-potential reseller partner segments (e.g., digital agencies, ISVs, SEO firms, broadcast media, marketing technology providers) whose client base aligns with Uberall’s target SMB and enterprise customers
- Targeted Partner Acquisition: Develop and execute a targeted reseller acquisition plan, proactively engaging prospects through diverse channels (email, phone, social media) and actively participating in industry events, webinars, and strategic initiatives to qualify opportunities and attract new partners
- Compelling Solution Presentation: Articulate Uberall's market potential and present our SaaS platform, demonstrating how our solutions enhance partner offerings in location marketing, local SEO, social media marketing, and reputation management. Deliver compelling presentations to executive-level stakeholders within partner organizations
- Relationship Cultivation & Deal Closure: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers within reseller organizations. Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive substantial reseller sales volume and revenue, tailoring a wholesale model to the prospect’s unique situation and ensuring exceptional value and satisfaction for their end-clients
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partner Success: Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Executive leadership to ensure seamless partner onboarding, robust enablement, and successful client deployments
- Performance Management: Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement for your reseller pipeline, and drive performance against key metrics, with a strong focus on new reseller acquisition and revenue targets
