Senior Enterprise Program Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6–8 years of experience in IT program/project management, with a strong record of leading large, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana) and knowledgeable in SDLC and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with business partners and senior leadership to drive successful delivery of key initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate regular status meetings, communicate progress, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Promote Coupa program management practices, manage budgets, and continuously improve project execution and discipline

Preferred Qualifications

Problem-solving and decision-making expertise, with PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
