Requirements

  • Experience in a Sales Director or similar leadership role within the B2B technology market
  • Proven experience recruiting, developing, and managing sales teams to high performance
  • Strategic mindset, able to design and execute sales strategies and go-to-market plans that align with broader business goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and can engage confidently with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to forecasting and performance management
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize and focus on high-impact activities
  • Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and are comfortable using client communication platforms
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the sales team, ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual quotas
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing to build effective go-to-market approaches for both new and existing products or services
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
  • Own sales forecasting and reporting processes
  • Act as a key relationship builder with clients and internal stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities and driving long-term value
  • Drive consistent revenue growth by setting clear goals and motivating the sales team to exceed quotas
  • Shape the sales strategy and processes that will support long-term business objectives
  • Align sales and marketing initiatives to maximize market reach and product visibility
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and talent development
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and insights to inform executive decision-making
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for account expansion and new business
