Summary
Join Procore as an Enterprise Solution Specialist, Preconstruction to champion our Preconstruction products and help enterprise customers maximize their platform value. You will be a subject matter expert, guiding organizations on best practices and demonstrating the business benefits of our solutions. This role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and achieve revenue targets. Based in Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or fully remote in the U.S., this position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Success hinges on your ability to build trusted relationships, manage pipelines, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our Preconstruction products. Immediate start is preferred.
Requirements
- 8+ years of demonstrated successful SaaS software sales, preferably B2B either in a sales support role or direct sales role, preferably selling financial products
- AND/OR experience as a controller/accountant/project manager or project engineer at a construction company managing project financials through Procore software
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology and prior experience using a CRM and opportunity management system, preferably Salesforce.com
- Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to develop trusted relationships
- Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
Responsibilities
- Function as the Preconstruction Subject Matter Expert for the account management teams you align with
- Work with the Account team to identify Preconstruction cross-sell opportunities within our existing enterprise customer base
- Partner with primary Account Manager and CSE on account strategy and product enablement to effectively position and sell our Preconstruction product suite, ultimately driving customer attaches to achieve product-specific ARR targets
- Work collaboratively with the Account Manager and Customer Success Engineer to drive product adoption and churn mitigation opportunities
- Provide periodic updates to our customers on product capabilities, benefits/use cases, and how that translates into customer value
- Provide visibility into Preconstruction performance, forecasts, and attach rates to help sales leadership build a plan for their ARR targets
- Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
Benefits
- Base Pay Range $131,040 - $180,180 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $218,400 - $300,300
