Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, preferably within the media, advertising, and/or measurement space
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Enterprise GM to define the overall enterprise segment strategy, including market segmentation, go-to-market approach, and growth targets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Identify and implement operational improvements across the enterprise segment to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations team to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into enterprise business performance
- Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of the enterprise strategy
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to drive successful outcomes
- Identify and address roadblocks hindering the growth of the enterprise segment
- Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned by the Enterprise GM, such as new market entry, product launches, or strategic partnerships
