Summary

CSV Now is expanding into the BPO industry and seeking a Customer Chat / Email Support Specialist to join their team in the Philippines. The specialist will establish the pioneering chat support team, handle customer queries via chat or messaging platforms, manage multiple conversations simultaneously, and aim to exceed performance targets. Applicants should have chat support experience, be SHS graduates, have a typing speed of at least 40 WPM, good communication skills (written and oral), and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Chat support experience is a plus

• Amenable to work on site (Cebu Business Park)

Responsibilities

• Ability to convert chats into sales
• Protect company's clients', and visitors' information
• Providing timely assistance to customers via chat or messaging platforms
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency in responses
• Meet or exceed performance targets, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
