Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with property managers, site staff, and residents
• Provide product knowledge and materials such as manuals and merchandise
• Travel to the site to assist in property launches
• Assist with the installation of equipment
• Provide support onsite, via phone, email, and chat
• Answering questions and addressing the concerns of residents
• Submit daily briefs
• Assist with improving the overall property experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the telecommunications & entertainment industry is preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
