Requirements

  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Possess a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
  • Be able to address and resolve client issues effectively
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines
  • Have basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively
  • Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring all client information is up to date
  • Identify and resolve client issues proactively, ensuring a positive client experience
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, providing them with the necessary resources and information to get started
  • Gather and relay client feedback to improve our services and client experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Be familiar with CRM software and account management tools
  • Have previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps
  • Have relevant certifications or coursework in customer service, sales, or account management
