You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of the company's equity programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and working with various internal teams. This role involves using equity platforms like Shareworks, managing stock option programs, and providing excellent customer service to equity participants. You will collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and People teams to ensure accurate data, timely processing, and compliance with domestic and international laws. Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in equity administration, payroll, finance, or analysis
- Knowledge of stock options, Cap Table management, and related legal documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data management tools
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Payroll, People)
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data in the Shareworks equity platform
- Develop improvements in process and automated solutions for the stock administration function
- Manage the Stock Option programs
- Manage new grant process, documentation and compliance requirements
- Liaise with Legal team regarding various aspects of the granting and administration of the Cap table
- Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to all equity participants and respond timely to employee questions
- Work with payroll to ensure withholding and reporting obligations are maintained
- Partner with People team to ensure accurate data for new stock grants is uploaded for board documentation, approvals, and stock administration tool
- Provide regular training and education to participants in our stock plan
- Ensure compliance with all domestic and international laws for income and tax withholdings for stock options
- Provide Equity support to internal teams, prepare data for granting cycle, BAU reporting and coordinating with other functional teams and external parties
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with equity platforms (e.g., Shareworks, Carta)
- Familiarity with equity compensation compliance and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of domestic and international tax laws for stock options
