Requirements

  • 2-3 years of marketing operations experience
  • 2 years of project management experience
  • Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on strategic marketing initiatives
  • Become a power user of HubSpot, Chili Piper, and other marketing automation tools
  • Support Demand Generation efforts with the logistics of building out and deploying tactics such as, but not limited to: emails, webinars, in-app messages, lead nurturing and scoring programs
  • Work with the marketing operations team to help maintain all department technologies and data sources, ensuring upgrades/updates are recommended, planned for, and deployed in a timely and organized fashion
  • Owns and manages responses to adhoc marketing operations requests via our project management tool, Asana
  • Develop comprehensive documentation to support best practices and adoption compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Hubspot and Salesforce preferred (or equivalent marketing automation platforms and CRMs)
  • B2B marketing in a SaaS or high-tech organization preferred
  • Competent in marketing areas including strategy, tech stacks, lead scoring, and lead nurturing
