Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar people-focused problem-solving role
  • Experience managing contract manufacturing and 3rd party logistics partners
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively handling reactive issues while building proactive processes to minimize future disruptions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working directly with vendors and logistics partners
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity in email correspondence in both English and German
  • Basic proficiency in Excel (formulas, data entry, analysis)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges head-on
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
  • Collaborative and cross-functional thinker who enjoys working with diverse teams

Responsibilities

  • Submit and manage purchase orders (POs), including ensuring label adjustments and documentation are accurate and timely
  • Oversee and liaise production timelines between the external manufacturing partners and the internal supply planning team
  • Support our internal Quality Management team to ensure that we have all required documentation from our manufacturing and lab testing partners
  • Be the main point of contact for day-to-day partner operations
  • Oversee the submission of FBA shipments and monitor progress until successfully booked into Amazon inventory
  • Coordinate all incoming POs and partial shipments by managing quantities, ensuring accurate documentation, and verifying quality through photos and records
  • Review orders daily to proactively identify issues in our fulfillment network that could affect the customer experience
  • Manage our logistics and DTC fulfillment provider, ensuring everything runs smoothly and seamlessly, and that invoices are accurately issued. You will review and oversee this process
  • Collaborate with and support the customer service team specifically as it pertains to order related issues with a collective goal of providing seamless and customer-focused resolutions when issues arise
  • Act as the operations liaison between departments, such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Inventory Management, to ensure alignment on inventory levels, discounts, and operational updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in e-commerce and/or CPG consumables brands
  • Some analytical skills
