Join Forerunner as Event Coordinator and build a strong foundation in event planning and experiential design, particularly within the unique space of government trade shows. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a significant role in shaping the future of our events strategy.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably within the Govtech or B2B space
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills as well as being extremely adaptable
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of delivering seamless and successful events
• Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions, as well as a strategic thinker for annual, quarterly, and monthly event planning
• A genuine interest in the B2G space with a passion for creating experiences that reflect Forerunner’s innovative culture

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including sponsorship and exhibit booth logistics, abstract submissions, happy hour or dinner arrangements, vendor management, and on-site coordination
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful event outcomes
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, including creating promotional materials, managing registration lists, and coordinating outreach and event follow-up
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess outcomes and areas for improvement, providing detailed reports to stakeholders
• Continuously explore new ideas and trends to enhance the impact and innovation of events
