Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or logistics management, with a focus on digital or virtual events
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cvent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Technical proficiency with digital tools and software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all event logistics, from venue selection to transportation and catering, as well as virtual event setup and management
  • Set up and manage digital platforms and tools required for virtual events, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly
  • Work closely with event vendors to ensure high quality of performance that meet expectations
  • Design and execute event plans and agendas, overseeing on-site setup and breakdown, as well as managing digital event components
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the event meets its objectives and provide feedback and periodic reports
  • Assist with the management of the event budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within the allocated budget
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations
  • Ensure high levels of participant engagement by managing Q&A sessions, polls, and other interactive features during events
  • Analyze event performance and participant feedback to identify areas for improvement and report on key metrics
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise before, during, and after events
  • Keep inventory of event supplies and manage their distribution
  • Perform post-event evaluations and report outcomes to identify areas for improvement
  • Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
  • Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies
