Join SpotMe as an Event Project Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional event experiences using our cutting-edge B2B event platform. You will manage the entire event lifecycle, from initial client interaction to post-event analysis, leveraging SpotMe/Onomi solutions for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. This fast-paced role demands a customer-centric approach, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Successful Project Managers are promoted to Senior roles within 2-3 years, offering significant career growth opportunities. The role involves building and configuring event apps, managing client communications, coordinating logistics, and delivering insightful post-event reports.
Requirements
- Learn Backstage by getting certified with our SpotMe Academy, and by embedding yourself in building platforms with your line manager
- Get trained on how we deliver projects at SpotMe/Onomi and experience it by shadowing colleagues in at least 1 meeting for each event project stage across Project Onboarding, Workspace Build, Registration & App Launch, Live Event and Project Offboarding
- Participate in 3 virtual live events or onsite events to be trained on our live engagement capabilities and our onsite logistics solutions, event schedule permitting during the first month
- Take the lead in at least 4 new events as the Project Lead and manage the Kick Off call with timely client communication, and displaying sound technical knowledge of the event requirement
- Build your first new event in Backstage with supervision, demonstrating quality follow up emails and no errors in the email configuration found during the Project Review
- Deliver at least 4 live event days* as Project lead or Onsite Coordinator and maintained CES at ≥ 4.3 and sNPS at ≥ 56%
- Deliver all of your assigned onsite deployments , spending at least 4 days onsite , with some positive feedback from your customers
- Deliver at least 10 live event days (a mix of virtual and onsite), while maintaining minimum levels of CES at ≥ 4.5 and sNPS at ≥ 60%
- Kicked off at least 15 new events as the Lead PM
- Delivered all of your assigned onsite deployments , spending at least 10 days onsite
- Built all of your existing and new events in Backstage with minimal supervision, demonstrating quality follow up emails and no errors in all core modules of the event found during the Project Reviews
- Received praise from your customers for your contributions to the successful event delivery and how you’ve helped to enhance the event experience and outcomes
- Experience in event technology
- Strong customer centric mindset and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Successfully deliver high volumes of events, reporting to the Operations Lead, with supervision from a Senior Project Manager
- Independently build, configure and launch our web and mobile native event apps using Backstage (35%)
- Professionally manage our clients, and other senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications to enhance the client experience adding value across the entire project lifecycle (20%)
- Coordinate closely with vendors, internal departments, and the customer to ensure seamless execution on event day
- Responsibilities may include badge printing, iPad sign-in, lead scanning, managing onsite AV and equipment, driving audience engagement, and thoroughly reviewing apps to guarantee flawless delivery (20%)
- For the live event, ensure speakers are fully briefed and prepared, whether they’re presenting in a webinar, hosting a virtual session, or speaking onsite
- Oversee event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly (20%)
- Following the event, handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver insightful reports and recommendations to the customer, highlighting successes and identifying areas for future improvement (5%)
