Requirements

  • Be a recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. Or simply be willing to do a career shift
  • Have an interest in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing the event strategy, including conferences and special event activations, physical and hybrid events
  • Support the creation of engaging event experiences for the crypto community and clients. Maintain company events calendar
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue scouting, travel, and vendor management
  • Live-day support. Ensure smooth on-site event execution
  • Assisted in vendor selection, RFQs, onboarding, and contract management for events
  • Liaise with suppliers to meet event requirements and deadlines
  • Support negotiations to optimize service delivery and pricing
  • Support the development and execution of partnership strategies
  • Assist in creating partnership proposals and tracking deliverables
  • Coordinate sponsorship activation efforts and ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage partnerships for growth
  • Assisted in the development of event-related marketing materials and content (social media and email campaigns)
  • Coordinate internal communications for event-related initiatives
  • Contribute to post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, and familiarity with event management platforms (Lu.ma, Cvent, Eventbrite) and design tools (Figma, Canva)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with event management tools
