Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with product marketing, digital performance marketing, and partnership management
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
• Ability to understand technical aspects needed
• Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail, including precise and effective written/verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the marketing vision and strategy for the Website Builder product, driving feature adoption and growth
• Monitor performance, identify key trends, and adjust strategies through regular reporting
• Initiate and manage cross-departmental projects to accelerate growth in selected countries, testing and optimizing strategies
• Set and manage investment strategies per country, aligning with overall company goals
• Lead high-performing teams to execute marketing strategies and meet key business objectives
• Organize and distribute strategic plans, progress reports, and deliverables, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and processes for efficient planning
• Define the scope of marketing initiatives, including timelines, resources, and costs
• Act proactively with a "can-do" attitude to drive growth and achieve business targets
