Summary
Join Hostinger's Partnerships team as a Senior Partnerships Manager and contribute to the company's growth by identifying, recruiting, and managing B2C partners, primarily influencers and affiliates, in the US and UK markets. You will collaborate with various teams to drive impactful partnerships, negotiate deals, nurture relationships, monitor marketing campaigns, and analyze performance. Leverage data to make informed decisions and report on progress, forecasts, and challenges. This role requires proven experience in digital performance marketing and B2C partnerships management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the US/UK markets. Requirements
- Proven experience working with digital performance marketing
- Proven experience in B2C partnerships management (influencer, affiliate marketing - an advantage)
- Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools
- High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness
- Will have to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment
- Strong know-how of the US/UK Market (other English speaking markets would be valuable)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers, affiliates
- Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships
- Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals
- Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales
- Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns
- Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance
- Report and identify areas of new opportunities
- Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow
- Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international tech/digital products would be a plus
