Summary
Join Stripe's Events Marketing team as the AMER Events Marketing Manager, Industry, and oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of events supporting Stripe's industry GTM and field marketing initiatives across the Americas. You will create engaging experiences that elevate the Stripe brand, drive pipeline, and support revenue growth. Collaborate with industry field marketing and sales stakeholders to align event strategies with business goals. Drive programs across multiple industries, leading both third-party and Stripe-hosted events. You will report to the Head of Events for the Americas and partner closely with the Head of GTM Industries and the Americas Industry Field Marketing Lead. This role requires strong program management and organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in building and managing event budgets and timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing
- Proven success in executing field and third-party events tied to sales and demand generation outcomes
- Strong program management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners
- Experience in building and managing event budgets and timelines across multiple concurrent programs
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of third-party sponsorships and Stripe-hosted events aligned with industry go-to-market priorities across the Americas
- Develop strategic event plans that align with business objectives, including pipeline generation, account engagement, and relationship building
- Collaborate with field marketing, sales, and GTM industry leads to identify the optimal mix of experiences to meet our segment goals
- Manage agency partners and internal resources to deliver seamless, high-impact events
- Track, analyze, and optimize event performance using data, stakeholder feedback, and field insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, brand, communications, and partner marketing to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned experiences
- Maintain a deep understanding of Stripeโs industry narratives to ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all touchpoints
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or enterprise technology, particularly with industry-aligned or vertical GTM teams
- Knowledge of Stripeโs industry segments (e.g., Retail, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- A creative problem-solver who can think strategically and execute tactically
