Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or operations support role
  • Advanced Excel skills (Excel wizard) โ€”ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and analyze large datasets efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and implementation tasks for new customers, including data entry, documentation, and progress tracking
  • Monitor customer accounts, ensuring key milestones are met and customers are fully prepared to launch on Foundation
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining internal resources, documentation, and reporting
  • Perform operational tasks to ensure systems, tools, and processes run smoothly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface customer feedback and suggest process improvements
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Identify and flag gaps or risks in customer progress proactively
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and resources, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Contribute to regular operational reporting and internal communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, homebuilding, SaaS, or tech startups
  • Familiarity with customer success or project management tools
  • Interest in long-term growth in customer success, operations, or implementation
