Summary

Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as a Sr. Field Marketing Manager in India. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing demand generation and brand awareness strategies within India. Collaborate with global marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts resonate with target audiences, generate qualified leads, and accelerate go-to-market initiatives. This role involves planning and executing field marketing plans, managing events, enabling sales teams, generating leads, analyzing market trends, and handling operational tasks. You will also serve as a brand ambassador, building relationships with key influencers and partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field marketing, particularly in B2B tech or cybersecurity, and a proven ability to manage events and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity. Enjoying working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a must!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as someone who enjoys collaborating across functions
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of both physical and virtual events
  • Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMS). Ability to track and analyze campaign performance data
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You’ll have an “inbox zero” mentality and be ready to tackle any task, whether it’s executing complex campaigns or handling last-minute logistics

Responsibilities

  • Field execution: Aligned to regional strategy, you’ll deliver integrated field marketing plans tailored to specific regional markets and target verticals. This includes aligning sales motions, partnerships, and campaigns that will drive brand visibility and demand generation
  • Event Management : Lead and execute field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, and user groups. Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of in-person and virtual events
  • Sales Enablement : Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing assets and campaigns that support sales efforts in the field. Provide them with the tools, content, and resources needed to engage prospects and close deals
  • Lead Generation : Align tightly with functional teams across campaigns, digital, ABM and customer marketing to strengthen qualified leads and pipeline opportunities for the sales team
  • Regional Market Insights : Analyze and report on market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
  • Operations & Logistics : Own swag stock, warehousing, and support vendors for the APAC region
  • Brand Enablement : Serve as a brand ambassador for Wiz, building and nurturing relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers while ensuring our field team are enabled with the right collateral to boost the Wiz brand and message in market
