Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an Executive Assistant or Executive Support role at the EVP, SVP or C level
- Experience facilitating the work of a senior leader and derive satisfaction from helping a team run successfully
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and a reliable team player
- Experience preparing correspondence, including emails and follow-up on behalf of executives
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative & coordination support to a minimum of two Executives
- Proactively manage multiple calendars and priorities based on customer meetings, product release dates, quarterly kickoffs and team needs
- Manage day to day schedules in such a way that the executive is able to complete their obligations in an organized and efficient way
- Provide support on other recurring and ad-hoc administrative projects
- Create meeting agendas, document meeting minutes and track applicable action items
- Support the execution of events organized by the People Operations Team
