Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, or admin role
- Experience or familiarity with CRM systems, investor portals, or property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, Buildium β a plus)
- Comfortable using tech platforms like Notion, Discord, Google Workspace, project management tools
- Background in private equity, real estate, or investment management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize high-impact meeting
- Attend select meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are tracked and completed
- Coordinate travel, events, and investor-related logistics
- Act as liaison between departments and senior leadership
- Draft, filter, and manage executive-level communications
- Support investor onboarding: coordinate documents, system setup (e.g., Cash Flow Portal), and communication
- Track and maintain investor records, distributions, and account updates
- Ensure timely and professional responses to investor inquiries
- Assist in drafting and distributing investor updates and reports
- Maintain and organize Notion task boards and internal trackers
- Coordinate cross-departmental follow-ups to ensure alignment on priorities
- Assist with planning and implementation of SOPs, KPIs, and internal projects
- Provide light operational support to property management as needed (e.g., coordinating vendor schedules, lease tracking, managing follow-ups)
