The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, act as a gatekeeper, prepare documents, coordinate projects, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior executives and strong proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives
- Strong proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office Suite (Gmail, GCalendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications & meetings for senior executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate and execute special projects, events, and initiatives on behalf of the executive team
- Assist in the preparation of agendas, materials, and logistics for meetings, conferences, and presentations
- Liaise with internal departments, like the executive assistant team, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes and initiatives
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Provide general administrative support, including file management, office supply procurement, and other ad hoc tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is preferred

- The salary band for this position range s $70,000 - $105,000 commensurate with experience and performance
