The role requires 8+ years of EA experience supporting senior leaders in startups or high-growth companies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of EA experience, preferably supporting senior leaders in startups or high-growth companies
- Proven ability to manage highly complex calendars, travel, and projects with minimal oversight
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a dynamic, often ambiguous environment
- Strong understanding of US culture and professional norms
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the Head of B2B’s calendar with a clear eye on strategic priorities
- Enforce scheduling discipline and proactively manage time blocks for deep work, reflection, and rest
- Run calendar hygiene and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
- Implement a structured meetings framework—prepare agendas, ensure follow-ups, and drive accountability
- Take initiative to consolidate or eliminate unnecessary meetings
- Serve as a key liaison with internal teams and external partners, reflecting the tone and clarity of leadership
- Lead light project management for initiatives related to B2B, culture, and operations
- Handle expense reporting, invoice tracking, and basic finance support
- Manage executive travel end-to-end: flights, lodging, dining, etc.—with a strong sense of tone, preference, and style
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires on the B2B team
- Support occasional personal logistics and tasks to maximize leadership capacity
- Assist with confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
