Summary

Join our digital marketing agency and play a vital role in supporting our team. You will create engaging social media content, manage subcontractors, develop standard operating procedures, conduct research and data entry, and assist with talent recruitment. Additional responsibilities include calendar and email management, client communication, project coordination, and basic administrative support. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, social media proficiency, experience with project management and CRM tools, and excellent communication skills. This role requires multitasking abilities and comfort working independently and remotely, aligning with EST hours. Payments are handled directly by the client.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, X, etc.) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely
  • Flexible availability to align with EST (early morning hours preferred but not mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Convert X posts and written content into engaging Instagram posts, carousels, and other social media formats to amplify our brand presence
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors for various tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Assist in creating and documenting SOPs to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct research for client projects, market trends, or competitor analysis and perform accurate data entry to support reporting and decision-making
  • Aid in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent, including posting job listings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews
  • Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and handle email correspondence to keep the founder organized
  • Draft professional emails, follow up with clients, and maintain CRM updates to ensure smooth client interactions
  • Track project deadlines, deliverables, and progress for business development projects
  • Handle invoicing, expense tracking, or other administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations
  • Plan and schedule social media posts and blog content

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with digital marketing, web design, or SEO is a plus but not required
