Executive Assistant

Summary

Join Influential, the largest influencer marketing company in the world, as an Executive Assistant to support our executive team. As a self-starting and organized individual, you will provide high-level administrative support, manage calendars and contacts, and assist with scheduling meetings and conference calls.

Requirements

• Preferred bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Prior EA experience working for a busy executive, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• You can seamlessly interact with a wide range of personalities and work styles
• Ability to treat highly confidential information with care and discretion
• You’re organized, enjoy taking care of multiple things at once, and can engage collaboratively with individuals at all levels
• Proficient in Google Apps and MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• You have a great sense of humor but know when to put on your serious face

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to Influential’s executive team
• Organize and manage calendars and contacts
• Assist with scheduling meetings and conference calls, and stay on top of necessary follow-ups
• Arrange travel plans -- scheduling itineraries, trip agendas, and every detail in between
• Prepare monthly expense reports
• Develop and maintain good relationships with key contacts
• Dive into any projects that may come up while prioritizing conflicting needs. Help coordinate with outside teams as necessary
• Assist with personal errands as necessary
• Responsible for all aspects of office management including lunch orders and general office organization
