Summary

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Proven track record of executive calendar management, including coordination of complex, high-profile meetings
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and proactively solve operational bottlenecks before they arise
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, G Suite, video conferencing tools, and expense reporting systems like COUPA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
  • Strong relationship management skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a global organization across different time zones
  • Strong discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business information
  • Experience navigating complex, high-pressure situations with grace and adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the CEO’s & CPO’s executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling, logistics, and support for internal and external engagements, working with confidentiality & discretion
  • Plan and oversee all aspects of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense management
  • Plan executive meetings, coordinate briefing materials and manage logistics
  • Working with Communications to coordinate speaking engagements, media appearances, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details and briefing materials are in place
  • Lead ad-hoc projects, information gathering and research initiatives, demonstrating independence and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience working with public company senior-level or C-suite executives, supporting a CEO and or CPO
  • Experience working with Board members, bankers, analysts, and investors
