Requirements

  • Possess a high level of spoken and written business English: the ability to use the language fluently and accurately on all levels and as normally pertinent to professional needs; the ability to understand and participate in any conversation within the range of one's own personal and professional experience with a high degree of fluency and precision of vocabulary
  • Have excellent time management skills: knows how to prioritize work and able to multi-task to get things done in an efficient manner
  • Be proficient in MS Office and web-based applications
  • Possess high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of customer service and enjoy anticipating the needs of others
  • Possess strong analytical skills and be able to understand information immediately
  • Be able to work efficiently, think clearly and solve tasks accurately under pressure
  • Be a pro-active and resourceful self-starter
  • Possess the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Have a quiet place at home away from any disturbance, a laptop, a smartphone, and fully running Wi-Fi connection of 10mbps or higher
  • Have 1–2 years' experience in an administrative role in any industry

Responsibilities

Handle research, preparation of presentations, data entry, maintenance and monitoring of memberships, online accounts, and bills payable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Have BPO experience
