Requirements
- 2 or more years experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant, preferably in a tech startup or fast-paced environment
- Proficient in GSuite and Notion for managing calendars, documents, and project tracking
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle complex scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with native-level fluency in English
- Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new tools and adapt to changing needs
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOβs calendar and coordinate with the five founders for availability
- Schedule meetings, set timely reminders, and ensure all events are prioritized
- Handle last-minute changes or conflicts with efficiency and professionalism
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place
- Handle changes in travel plans and any required adjustments
- Assist with ad-hoc projects, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and providing research support
- Manage logistics for internal team events, company-wide meetings, and conferences
- Support the CEO with additional operational tasks as needed
