Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across time zones and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Draft, review, and oversee executive emails, reports, and presentations
  • Track progress on initiatives using tools like Trello and Notion to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements and manage itinerary updates
  • Process expense reports, organize document systems, and order office supplies
  • Post organic content across social media platforms and support branding efforts
  • Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, fostering professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion or Trello
  • Experience with financial tools like QuickBooks or Rippling
  • Exposure to social media management and content creation
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced tech, startup, or innovation-driven environments
  • Familiarity with secure communication tools and VPNs
