Executive Assistant

Summary

Join Prison Fellowship®, a 40-year old Christian non-profit transforming lives through supporting the restoration of those affected by incarceration. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative and project support to the VP of Development and Development Teams.

Requirements

• 5 years of administrative experience with increasing levels of responsibility, to include 2-3 years of executive support
• College degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience; knowledge of nonprofit services and fundraising preferred
• Proficiency in Windows & MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with high competency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Pleasant phone manner and demonstrated diplomacy and composure
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Strong organizational and technology skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and project support
• Facilitate annual budgeting process
• Prepare expense reports, advances, and check requests and perform other duties as assigned in support Development team leadership

Preferred Qualifications

This is a remote/work from home position in the US with a less than 5% travel component

• Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $62,000 and $70,000
