Requirements

  • 5+ year experience as an Executive assistant supporting senior executive
  • Digital Proficiency in all Operating Systems, Browsers, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Must have a professional demeanor and respect confidentiality and security protocols
  • Polished presentation skills with the ability to confidently react to situations in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, focusing on prioritizing the Executive's schedule

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and prepare high-quality reports and presentations
  • Organize meetings, create agendas, take minutes, and arrange detailed travel itineraries
  • Plan and execute strategic projects and key events, including staff retreats and quarterly team-building activities
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and act as a liaison for LawWorks members and community initiatives
  • Prepare executive summaries, draft the CEO’s weekly letter, and manage firm suite invitations and catering
