Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business expansion in Latin America, ideally within the workforce industry
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing businesses in new markets
  • Strong understanding of the global workforce solutions market, contractor management best practices, and current trends in Latin America
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for building successful teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify client needs, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment related to CloudFactory's services and contractor hiring in Latin America
  • Develop a comprehensive market entry strategy, including a business plan, sales & marketing plan, operational setup, and a robust contractor recruitment strategy
  • Identify and recruit a high-performing team to support our local operations and a network of qualified contractors
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Latin America, including government agencies, industry associations, potential clients, and contractor pools
  • Build brand awareness for CloudFactory in Latin America
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and compliant business practices for both internal staff and contracted workforce
  • Design, manage, and analyze pilot programs for clients, demonstrating the value proposition of CloudFactory's services and paving the way for their full-scale expansion into Latin America
  • Track key metrics and report on progress towards achieving expansion goals, including contractor recruitment targets, client acquisition, and pilot program results
