Summary

Join Carrot Fertility as an Expansion and Renewal Director to support retention and growth in our Middle Market customer segment, analyzing customer data, coaching Customer Success Managers, and building relationships with partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of professional experience working closely with external customers and partners in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Track record of 3+ years exceeding quota
  • 2+ years in a team lead or people leader role with demonstrated success in coaching to performance
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, including sales analytics, and identification and management of expansion opportunities across existing accounts

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, forecast renewal rates, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
  • Coach and develop Customer Success Managers to build their relationship strategy and sales skills
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to build and execute winning strategies to increase our presence and achieve goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable providing feedback and coaching team members who do not have a direct reporting relationship
  • Clear, empathetic communicator - you communicate with a deep understanding of customer needs and constraints and can weigh them against internal priorities and limitations
  • Enthusiasm for Carrot Fertility’s mission and eagerness to become a part of our collaborative, friendly, and dynamic team
  • Gifted storytelling skills with the ability to present a case with both strong ROI and people-focused outcomes
  • Comfort with presenting to senior and executive leadership
  • Familiarity with Carrot’s buyers (HR benefits leaders)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment; organized, diligent, and self-motivated
