- Industry Expertise: With 10+ years of experience in consultative sales within the railway industry or other national-level government sectors (e.g., defense, aerospace, oil & gas, renewables), you have a deep understanding of technological solutions and complex systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Account Strategies: Craft tailored strategies for target customers, aligning with their transformational goals to enable high-value sales and foster growth throughout their organization
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring they fully understand and support the advantages of KONUX’s solutions
- Drive Demand and Budget Creation: Guide key decision-makers within customer organizations on addressing their transformation needs with KONUX’s existing solutions, ensuring long-term success
- Foster Innovation and Growth: Identify and nurture demand for new solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of the customer’s current and future business challenges to drive upselling opportunities
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Client Executive Director Central Europe, and the account team to ensure project success and account expansion
Preferred Qualifications
Railway Infrastructure Knowledge: Ideally you are well-versed in the railway infrastructure industry, with a solid grasp of client budgeting and purchasing processes
