Summary

Join Bloomreach's Operations team as an Experience Strategist! Based in Central Europe (Bratislava/Brno) or remotely, you'll leverage your expertise in digital experience technologies to deliver business services engagements for our clients. You will become a product expert, deliver training, optimize service offerings, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to strategic initiatives. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience in customer success or related fields. Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in customer success, project management, professional services or ecommerce
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in digital experience technologies
  • Comfortable reading and pulling insights from raw data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized and able to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • BA/BS degree
  • Able to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the BloomReach Search,Merchandising and Recommendations product line and stay knowledgeable about fast-moving product developments
  • Deliver on business service engagements and training programs for our customers to ensure that they are proficient in our products and getting optimal value from them
  • Iterate on and recommend optimizations to existing business service offerings and how they are delivered, to ensure alignment between customer needs, service offerings, and product roadmap
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams) to ensure successful delivery of customer-facing projects and grow the services pipeline
  • Be a thought partner to the Senior Experience Strategists in all things related to growing and operating our team. Help to define and streamline operational processes and deliver on some of them as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on SaaS experience
  • Natural problem solver and change driver; intellectually curious and critical thinker, able to anticipate challenges and changes before they happen
  • Experience with SEO, Site Search, and Merchandising tools
  • E-commerce experience
  • A “do-er” who works well under pressure - bias toward action, accountability, transparency and ownership
  • Proactive personality type - spot gaps and help propose solutions without being prompted to
