Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, or equivalent experience
  • High-tech B2B marketing experience; preferably some experience in cybersecurity and working with security practice partners
  • Understanding of channel/partner marketing environment
  • Comfortable executing through periods of ambiguity
  • Proven skill in optimizing processes, and making recommendations on process improvements
  • Must be a metrics-driven manager with experience and passion for proving marketing results across the funnel
  • Self-driven, problem-solver, takes initiative in moving programs forward, strong attention to detail, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
  • Fluency in German

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales and Sales Development reps (SDRs) to support the GTM activities in all regions including pre and post event outreach/follow up
  • Align with the extended Field and Channel Marketing team on planned and completed marketing events in the DACH region
  • Develop and execute an effective field marketing programme - running events that will deliver the quarterly pipeline goal for the local team
  • Partner closely with the channel team to create exciting and engaging programs to engage both partners and end users that align with the channel's regional objectives
  • Support the marketing programme as needed; securing speakers for events, booking venues, developing email and landing page content, overseeing the creation/completion of Outreach i.o. templates
  • Manage and create campaigns in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and ensure proper lead import, follow-up and tracking
  • Measure success of programs via analytics and reporting, tracking pipeline goals across the region
  • Communicate with the Abnormal sales organization on planned marketing activities/programs
  • Communicate program status & progress to the marketing director, sales leaders and other stakeholders
  • Build process & automation wherever possible to improve output and efficiency of the FCM team and its stakeholders
  • Monitor and update FCM team events calendar and internal team weekly meeting
  • Assist with updating FCM marketing projects in Asana as needed
  • Ensure all FCM campaigns and programs are logged and tracked on all required internal field and channel marketing plans, budget trackers, marketing calendar, and website (as appropriate)
  • Lead special efforts and projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within or closely with a B2B marketing organization; technology industry, software/Saas, security or networking industry experience a plus
  • Can-do and team collaboration attitude in a startup environment desired
  • Experience with Marketo, Asana, Outreach i.o. and Salesforce.com (or similar performance tracking management tools)
