Summary
Join Brightwheel as a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager and lead acquisition marketing efforts for the Experience Curriculum product. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing or related field
- 4+ years demand generation and integrated marketing experience
- Proven experience managing cross channel marketing campaigns, including planning, prioritizing, and high-quality execution
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience partnering with sales and product teams
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial and works well in a rapidly changing environment
- Metrics driven and have the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- A creative problem solver, adept at removing obstacles and finding solutions to key business challenges
- Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills, effectively influencing and managing expectations with senior management and cross-functional teams
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business decisions
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cross-channel acquisition plans: Create acquisition marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of the product to target audiences, ensuring alignment with lead generation and sales conversion goals. Leverage channels including paid marketing, email, owned and operated, and offline
- Craft Compelling Messaging: Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging that highlights the product's unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience; identify customer segmentation opportunities to drive targeted messaging for unique customer needs
- Drive continuous learnings: Identify opportunities for insight generation through a/b testing roadmaps; continuously refine acquisition approach based upon learnings
- Lead cross-functional team collaboration: Work closely with central Marketing, Design, Sales, CS Ops, Customer Support, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Track and Measure Success: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve future efforts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data visualization and dash boarding tools such as Tableau
