Requirements
- Reside in an EMEA country and willing to travel frequently across the region to manage events
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand generation, or a related role. Must have cybersecurity experience
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Exceptional team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail
- Candidates must be located in the UK
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan including a variety of demand generation programs and channels including a fully integrated strategy. The plan will be measurable and set aggressive goals that result in qualified outcomes in the form of MQLs and pipeline conversion
- Research, choose, design, and manage a program of physical and virtual events and webinars to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix; ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates. Oversee attendance at regional and local events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring optimal showcasing of OffSecβs brand and solutions
- Develop and execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs to generate interest in our top-tier accounts
- Report on key campaign metrics and success and forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of programs
- Maintain direct alignment with sales teams and regional partners concerning all pre- and post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy and ensure proper lead follow-up
- Tailor global marketing materials and campaigns to resonate with diverse local audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance
