Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously

Responsibilities
- Research, negotiate and secure sponsorships and venues for specific events assigned including hotels, vendors and other resources for the event project
- Develop and maintain overall project plan and manage deliverables in a timely and effective manner with a keen attention to detail
- Communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis regarding project status, including taking the lead on Events meetings
- Write events and campaign briefs and keep track of events on associated documents
- Create effective company listings and ads if required
- Work with sales drive teams and other stakeholders to execute all event deliverables before, during and after events
- Execute event plan including on-site support (travel may be required)
- Conduct post-event feedback meetings and document in retrospective analysis
- Proactively engage with stakeholders and vendors to determine needs and work with company resources to enable execution of event tactics
- Manage operational and administrative functions, including pre-event meetings to ensure event is delivered successfully
- Maintain and order event support materials
- Manage and adhere to budget
