Summary

Join SponsorUnited, a rapidly growing sports and entertainment technology platform, as a Senior Manager of Field Marketing & Events. This 100% remote role (with occasional travel) involves building and executing a comprehensive field marketing and events strategy. You will drive account-based marketing alignment, partner with cross-functional teams, lead customer advocacy, and measure the impact of your efforts. The ideal candidate has B2B marketing experience, a focus on field marketing or ABM, and a proven track record of developing integrated campaigns. Success in this role means creating measurable impact across lead generation, brand influence, and account acceleration.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing with a focus on Field Marketing, Experiential & Event Marketing, or ABM in a high-growth or SaaS environment
  • Proven success in developing integrated campaigns that include live and virtual experiences tied to pipeline generation
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based engagement
  • Strategic mindset with analytical rigor β€” you love data and know how to extract insights that drive action
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially across Sales and CS
  • Willingness to travel ~2–3 times/month for in-market events and meetings

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a comprehensive Field Marketing & Events strategy across hosted experiences, third-party activations, executive forums, customer-led events, webinars, etc
  • Drive Account Based Marketing alignment through localized and account-specific activations that move priority targets through the funnel
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive pipeline and relationship-building through strategic event programming
  • Lead customer advocacy programming, including the identification of influencers, activation of speaker opportunities, and co-hosted events and webinars
  • Partner with Content Marketing to source stories, testimonials, and case studies from customer engagements and events, amplifying these across channels to support brand and sales efforts
  • Activate post-event engagement and content strategies by repurposing panels, interviews, and speaking sessions into scalable digital content and thought leadership
  • Measure what matters β€” report on pipeline impact, engagement, and ROI across all field efforts to inform ongoing strategy
  • Develop and manage playbooks for scalable execution of repeatable programs and tailored event experiences
  • Select and manage third-party events and sponsorships that best position SponsorUnited in front of strategic stakeholders
  • Act as an internal evangelist for the power of experiential and relationship marketing within a data-driven GTM motion

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the sports, media, entertainment, or sponsorship sectors is a plus
