Summary

The Field Marketing and Events Manager at Nightfall AI will develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage events, create event materials, utilize data for optimization, act as a brand ambassador, and travel as needed. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields, 5+ years of experience in field marketing or related roles within the technology industry, technical background, exceptional project management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience with 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles within the technology industry, with a strong preference for candidates with cybersecurity expertise
  • Technical background and understanding of cybersecurity concepts, products, and solutions highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue attainment
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend events, conferences, and meetings

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans aligned with overarching business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of field marketing strategies with sales goals and product positioning
  • Identify and prioritize key industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to participate in or sponsor
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination
  • Create compelling event marketing materials, including presentations, collateral, and promotional items
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure the effectiveness of field marketing activities and events
  • Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson at events, representing the company professionally and enthusiastically
